Fledge demo: nine AI agents on one graduate job search

This page plays a short animated walkthrough of one Fledge search for a fictional final-year student in Nottingham looking for a graduate role. It shows what each of the nine agents does and what passes between them. The animation needs JavaScript; this is what it shows.

1. Sofia, the Sourcer, reads the student's course and postcode and finds the job boards and employer careers pages that carry the kind of role they are after.
2. Rohan, the Reader, pulls the fresh listings from every one of those sources each time the agents run, and every morning once the daily run is on.
3. Rachel, the Recruiter, scores every listing from 0 to 100 against the student's CV, with a second, slower read of the close calls.
4. Silas, the Spy, researches each shortlisted employer: recent news, how the interview process runs, and salary norms.
5. Esme, the Evaluator, names the skills that keep appearing across the matches and are missing from the CV.
6. Gabriel, the Ghostwriter, writes a tailored cover letter and CV from the student's own CV and the Spy's brief.
7. Cleo, the Coach, rehearses the interview, including the questions the student would rather not be asked.
8. Callum, the Closer, answers the screening questions from the CV and sends the application from the student's own inbox once they have read it and pressed send.
9. Meanwhile Sofia lists local firms that never advertise, Sana, the Scout, finds the right person to write to at each one, and Gabriel drafts one short speculative email per firm.

The walkthrough ends with the applications and direct approaches the student read and approved in one afternoon. The numbers in it are illustrative and do not come from a real search.
