Fledge: your personal team of AI agents for job search

Fledge is nine AI agents for the UK job search, for students and recent graduates aged 16 or older, in any subject, looking for a graduate role, a placement or sandwich year, an internship or a school-leaver programme.

Upload your CV, say what you are looking for and where, and press one button. The agents find the job boards worth watching, pull in the listings, score every job from 0 to 100 against your CV, research the employer, draft a tailored cover letter and CV for each job, prepare you for interviews, and find a contact at local employers who never advertise. Nothing is sent unless you have read it and pressed send, and you can see what each agent did.

The nine agents

• Sofia, the Sourcer: the job boards and aggregators worth watching for your course and region, plus the careers pages of employers in your sectors.
• Rohan, the Reader: fresh listings from each of those sources.
• Rachel, the Recruiter: every job scored 0 to 100 against your CV, with a one-line reason on the strong matches.
• Silas, the Spy: a company brief with recent news, what the interview process looks like and salary norms.
• Esme, the Evaluator: the skills that keep coming up in the jobs you shortlisted, and which your CV does not show.
• Gabriel, the Ghostwriter: a tailored cover letter and reordered CV for each job, or a speculative email to a company.
• Cleo, the Coach: likely interview questions, weaknesses to prepare for, questions to ask back, and critique of your practice answers.
• Callum, the Closer: answers to screening-form questions, and sending the application from your own Gmail once you have read it and pressed send.
• Sana, the Scout: the best contact address at a company with no advertised vacancy, with a confidence grade.

What it costs

Setting up is free, and so is your first jobs search: a capped run of a few job boards, with your top matches ranked by AI. After that the plan is £14.99 a month including VAT, with £12.49 of credit for the agents each month. Students who bring their own Anthropic or OpenAI key pay £5.99 a month instead. Prices as of October 2026.

The agents use AI, which can get things wrong, so read every draft before you send it. Sign-in is by one-time passcode by email or SMS, with no password, and connecting Gmail is optional. Fledge is UK only and is operated by Apply Logic Ltd.
