The agents find the job boards worth watching and pull in the listings, score every job from 0 to 100 against the student's own CV, research the employer, draft a tailored cover letter and CV for each job, and prepare the student for interviews.

The hidden job market is in scope. Many good regional employers never post a vacancy, and Fledge helps the student find a contact and approach them directly.

The student sees exactly what the AI did, and nothing is sent unless the student presses send.

UK students and recent graduates aged 16 or older, in any subject, looking for a graduate role, a placement or sandwich year, an internship or a school-leaver programme. Fledge does not yet serve students outside the UK, experienced hires or career changers, or postgraduate research roles.

Setting up is free, and so is their first jobs search. After that the plan is £14.99 a month including VAT, with £12.49 of credit for the agents each month, or £5.99 a month including VAT for a student who brings their own AI account. Prices are as of October 2026.

There is nothing to buy and nothing to integrate. We give your service its own link to share with your students, so the sign-ups that come through it are counted. Tell us what your students say about it. If you are happy to be named as a partner, that helps other students trust it.

• Students sign up themselves, and the account is theirs. The Privacy Policy says exactly what Fledge collects and who it is shared with.
• Student data is hosted in the UK and EU region.
• Students must be 16 or older, and confirm it when they sign up.
• The agents use AI that can get things wrong. The same warning sits on the landing page, in the Terms and inside the product, and every draft is the student's to read and correct before it is sent.
